Engage your students with this library game for website evaluation in the style of Jenga™. This set of game cards for your students will introduce them to key website evaluation terminology, like bias, domain, and reliability; and provides scenarios in which they may find themselves.
This game set is meant to be used with colored blocks as shown in the images, however you can use this with regular blocks, just add colored dots to each block!
This game has 13 pages, and includes:
- 6 game cards for each of the colors with 36 total original questions or tasks,
- 3 blank customizable game cards for each of the colors,
- 2 student worksheets to record their learning as they play,
- 1 page of suggested ways to play,
- 1 chart showing each category heading for each of the colors,
- Plus, a quick and easy folding page to organize your game sets and hold the cards.

How many Jenga™ blocks are needed for a class lesson? From Sarah at Librarian in the Middle (the creator): It all depends on how you plan to use the game with students. It’s less about the number of blocks and more about how many sets of the game you would need based on your lesson.
If you do stations, you may only need one set of blocks. If you want whole class, think about how many kids you are comfortable with in a group. My personal preference is 1 or 2 games as part of a set of station rotations.
Each game is set up so that you can use one set or as many as you would like to purchase. The cards coordinate with the color-dyed wood blocks, or you can put color dot stickers on a plain wood set.
