Frequently Asked Question – How many Jenga™ blocks are needed for a class lesson?
From Sarah at Librarian in the Middle (the creator): It all depends on how you plan to use the game with students. It’s less about the number of blocks and more about how many sets of the game you would need based on your lesson.
If you do stations, you may only need one set of blocks. If you want whole class, think about how many kids you are comfortable with in a group. My personal preference is 1 or 2 games as part of a set of station rotations.
Each game is set up so that you can use one set or as many as you would like to purchase. The cards coordinate with the color-dyed wood blocks, or you can put color dot stickers on a plain wood set.
