This Election Day Digital Bulletin Board helps explain election processes in the USA! The scrolling slideshow focuses on presidential elections (including the United States presidential election 2024), but it can be used in any U.S. election cycle.
IMPORTANT: This resource is specific to elections in the United States only.
This product has 53 slides and pages, and it includes:
- 47-slide presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint + Google Slides
- All body text is editable; you choose which slides you want to use.
- This presentation is for entertainment and communication. Students will learn a lot about US elections, but it is NOT meant to be a formal direct instruction library lesson.
- If automatic timings for each slide are set to 45 seconds each, the scrolling show will loop once every 33 minutes.
- Two (2) editable scavenger hunts with answer key (3 pages, PowerPoint and PDF)
- Students “hunt” for images and information to answer 9 questions in the presentation. This gives students something to focus on during library checkout and downtime.
- “Easier” version – Students color the objects as they find them.
- “Harder” version – Students answer questions about the information in the slides, plus find smaller images.
- Answer key is included.
